In their fourth and final volume on racism, D’orjay guides readers through difficult topics like, “For Intention vs. Impact in the Spiritual World”, “For Intention vs. Impact in Your World”, and “For Intention vs. Impact in Another’s World.” Looks like we’ve saved the deepest (and some of the most important) shit for last. A note from the author: “This work is often uncomfortable and painful but it can be rewarding. I hope this volume takes you into a new era of resiliency, to go to that disruptive place that can usher in radical, perspective-shattering, heart-softening, soul-evolving change, as it has done for me.”

What People Are Saying
“Breathtakingly honest, vulnerable, and accessible. D'orjay dives into the complex, messy world of relationships with our parents and provides powerful avenues for healing. [Volume III] a book I devoured, and will be reading and rereading regularly.”
— Lisa Bush (she/her), Writer, Author of Teaching Well and City Hall, and Creator of Stories Within Us
"[In Volume IV], D'orjay boldly confronts whiteness and spiritual bypassing in healing communities, the writing beautifully underscores the notion that allyship is not just a singular complex task but a lifelong spiritual practice."
— Salem Clarke (they/he), Artist and Astrologer
"In their [third volume], D'orjay touches on family dynamics in a way that is both approachable, but assertive. It's something that encourages the reader to explore the quality of their own relationships and, most importantly, take time to reflect on how aspects of one's life could be improved upon."
— Dan Clapson (he/him), Eat North Co-founder and Columnist
“Shit My Shaman Says: A Collection is an intentional reflection of spiritual practice and community knowledge that is a must read! The practices in this book have been personally transformational, especially in a world of deep grief and rage. It may make a reader necessarily uncomfortable, and that is what makes it amazing.”
— Cheyenne Wyzzard-Jones (she/her), Writer, Curator, Educator, and Organizer
