Meet the Author
Lora Mathis (she/they) is a writer, artist, musician, zinemaker, and student. They grew up in San Diego, California, which is occupied Kumeyaay land and Tiohtiá:ke/Montréal, Quebec. Lora has written two books of poetry, The Women Widowed to Themselves and instinct to ruin. She sees art and writing as tools for examining personal and societal myths.
